At last VLS is in a state that allow a release. Not that it's never
stable but that real features have been added and some critical bugs
have been fixed.

Here is a non-exhaustive list:

  - IPv6 support (not XORed with IPv4 support);
  - Multicast improvement (group subscribtion);
  - TTL option, useful with multicast's default "Time To Live": 1;
  - documentation;
  - generic TS demultiplexer/multiplexer;
  - "libdvbpsi" support;
  - DVB input;
  - Solaris port fixed, especially PS->TS conversion;
  - support for files > 2Gb.

Pre-release TODO list:

  - Reverse DNS with IPv6 (I think it's for me);
  - bugs squash party;
  - synchronize "libdvbpsi" 's first release (I'm in charge of this);

  - <addons> ? If someone has a remaining bug which can be fixed please
    let us know.

Pending stuff:

  - First attempt at Win32 port (AsMaX power).

Version number: I decided unanimously with myself that it will be 0.3.2,
any objection ? :-)

When: the earlier the best. Probably at the end of the week.
