What does the input.cfg look like?

Because there you give a path and in this command you should give a path 
relative to that one. So if input.cfg says e.g.: "/home/Films", then you 
should give here "vob/FarmerMylennium-001.vob" as path.

Could you send the input.cfg please?

BTW whihc version of vls are we talking about?
