[vls-devel] dvb patch for ignoring timeouts

Hi, here's my latest patch against the latest CVS videolan dvb support.

This now adds a new configuration item to dvb inputs, "IgnoreTimeout"
which, if set to "1", will ignore timeouts when reading from a dvb card.

It has all my previous patches, except for the streamtype one, as that
proved unnecessary.
