[vls-devel] Support for new versions of libdvb

I tried VLS CVS with newer versions of libdvb :

- libdvb 0.5.0 doesn't compile
- libdvb 0.4.1 isn't detected by the ./configure of VLS

I use the linuxTV drivers version 1.0.0.

P.S. : that's also a test to see if the mailing-list is back up and
running ! :)
