   . Corrected the TTL bug in multicast.

     The reason was the "stream type" option (multicast, unicast) was
     not propagated though the new manager structure, or whatever.

     Anyway, I moved the automatic streamtype detection in the netoutput
     module, I think this is the right way to do it.
