I do not know how to solve this problem. Do anyone know how to solve this problem?

 yum install libdvdread-devel libdvbpsi-devel linuxdoc-tools

Package linuxdoc-tools-0.9.21-7.1.x86_64 already installed and latest version

Can you send me document to test vls, please ?
