[www-doc] snapshots generating not working

Hi,

seems daily snapshots at
http://download.videolan.org/pub/videolan/vlc/snapshots/
are no longer made properly, files are 0 bytes in size

and link in http://developers.videolan.org/vlc/index.html to bugzilla is wrong
