[www-doc] VideloLan Wiki can't register

Hi--

The registration page at http://wiki.videolan.org/tiki-register.php
doesn't work because the "Your registration code:" just shows up
Random Image.  On Explorer 5.2 on OS X 10.2.8 it also says the image
can't load "because of low system memory."

This prevents registering which prevents editing pages, of
course...or is that the idea?
