[www-doc] Documentation CVS

Hello,

Currently, the documentation in VideoLAN is quite scattered.
We have doc in the VLC CVS, in the www.videolan.org CVS, and in the
developers.videolan.org CVS

This generates quite a mess and there are side effects to this.

I would like to move all the documentation to a new cvs module ("doc" or
something like this).

Advantages would be:
- More logical
- If/When we internationalize the website, the documentation won't be in
  the way
- If you want to work on the doc, you perhaps don't want the whole
  website.

As usual, waiting for comments.
