[www-doc] Re: Rework of the documentation

Zorglub and Anil sent us this nice outline ... let us now use it :)

Can the people willing to contribute to the doc mail me what part they
want to write ? That way we can cut it out in even parts and start
working to make vlc even more user friendly (users like docs i think).
