[www-doc] Switching to Apache 2 and PHP5

 Hello,

We'll be switching the main web server to Apache 2 and PHP5, in hope of 
reducing the load, that has caused a lot of crash in the past.

We won't be supporting short PHP tags any longer, so they must all be 
removed.
