[www-doc] I can not get the document about VLC Streaming-Howto!

      I can not get the VLC Streaming-Howto document. I click the link as:
    http://www.videolan.org/doc/streaming-howto/en/streaming-howto-en.html
     The error appeared as following:
       404 error: page not found
      Please check your links, or contact the VideoLAN team if you think there should be something here.
    How can I get the documents .
