[www-doc] New wiki

Hello,
first of all I do really like the new forums and its usage of the 
Wikimedia software. This really makes things easier and looks quite 
nice.

Here are some few things I noticed:
  - The main page is editable by everyone. I think that's not such a 
good idea because of quiet a few people who like to play around with 
such pages.
  - The article of the Mac OS X port of VLC is called "VLCMacOSX" which 
is not ideal of from my point of view and is rather strange for the 
users, because the other ones are simply called "Windows", "Linux", 
etc. It would be nice if an admin could rename it.
- Now, we have a got a good wiki which will be around for some time 
hopefully, it's time to license the content. I'd prefer the GNU 
Documentation license, because we can easily merge articles from the 
Wikipedia to our wiki.

Additionally, I merged the keyboard shortcuts from the separate 
articles to the main ones of the specific port, so it would be nice if 
an admin could delete "VLC Windows keyboard shortcuts", "Mac OS X 
Keyboard Shortcuts" and "BeOS keyboard shortcuts".
