[www-doc] Old documentation

Old documentation is still available on the website (although, not
through direct linls) and svn which can be quite confusing to the end
user. I think that we should remove it (especially since it's mostly
outdated).

Small side note : the VLC play and streaming howtos might need to be
updated for the 0.8.4 release.
