[www-doc] team/ severely outdated

	Hello,

team/ still refers to P.A. as the treasurer, while he stated a long time 
ago his intent to stop taking care of that. Also, VIA is still 
the “host”. That doesn't sound very appropriate, all the more as 
Antoine, Jérôme and I (AFAIK the only remaining active developers on 
ECP campus) will be leaving it permanently very shortly.
