[www-doc] broken link on the videolan developers website

Hi,I try to download a documentation on the videolan developers website and I encountered a problem.The "VideoLAN Server developer documentation", which is indicated "UP-TO-DATE" on the website, link is broken and I can't download it...Can you repair it or mail me this documentation please ?Thanks for your reply,have a nice day and a nice week end.
