[www-doc] Missing CSS file

Both on the main VLC page <http://www.videolan.org/> and the OS X  
download page <http://www.videolan.org/vlc/download-macosx.html>, the  
file main.css is referenced but not found. I had to delve into the  
download page's source code in order to find the download link I  
needed, as the links weren't accessible via Safari due to the missing  
CSS file.
