[www-doc] about the user guide of VLC

Hi,

I am a undergraduate student of the University of New Brunswick in cananda. I am doing a
research project about some Video servers on the internet for one of the courses i am
taking this term.

VLC is one of the important part of my project. At the end of my research paper, i need
to attach a detailed user guide of VLC. So, i need to know whether i am allow to attach
your user guide to my paper.
