Using earthlink (it rides on Time Warner cable, though it then has their own
servers and routers) I can reach the main videolan Web site, though the link
to Download can time out, take a few tries.

Looks OK...

We are not blocking RoadRunner - or any other ISP for that matter. And it
seems to goes through at the moment.

It might have been a temporary glitch; our servers have had some problems in
the aftermath of the last release.
