[www-doc] reporting a possible bug

Dear Videolan team,

I have received an error message suggesting that I report a possible  
bug in my VLC program to www.videolan.org/support/bug_reporting.html,  
but there seems to be no such page.

The error message I received reads as follows:  "20.9% failed
											main: INPUT_CONTROL_SET_POSITION(_OFFSET)
                                                                         
                 20.9% failed".

Is this message meaningful to you?   Do you suggest I do anything in  
response to it?
