(Mac OS X 10.5 or later (Intel 32bit), 19 MB)


But the link goes to: 
http://www.videolan.org/mirror-geo.php?file=vlc/1.0.2/macosx/vlc-1.0.2-intel.dmg

I edited the URL to say 1.0.3 
(http://www.videolan.org/mirror-geo.php?file=vlc/1.0.3/macosx/vlc-1.0.3-intel.dmg) 
and was able to successfully download 1.0.3.
