[www-doc] [PATCH] remove links to deprecated www.v.o/project folder

Hi,

www.videolan.org/project/ do not exists in the SVN repo, but some links
still use it and this deprecated folder still exists on www server (but
not maintained up-to-date of course). If I am not wrong, it is /videolan
now.

The attached patch fix those links using /videolan. It should be applied
on svn://svn.videolan.org/videolan folder to patch trac, www, www-test
and nightlies sub-folders.
A good thing will be to remove this dead folder too or to symlink it
to /videolan.

There is also a deprecated link in the forum header, I don't think I can
give you a patch for it.
