Hi Webmaster

I'm trying to download your VLC and Streaming pdfs, but currently I'm  
getting 404 not found messages. (Mac OS 10.4, using FireFox). I can  
see the rest of your site OK, and the download went fine.

Please don't trouble to reply if this is a known glitch - I'll check  
again in a day or so. But if it is something to do with my setup, and  
everone else is OK, could you let me know and I'll try from another  
system.
