[www-doc] Missing link

Hi

Step one was to click on help then the following link:

http://wiki.videolan.org/Documentation:VLC_for_dummies

this lead me to a blank page.

I think VLC is a great player, just one thing that I find annoying. Just 
before  the next music track starts to play, the title and artist pop up 
in a notification box and it makes a sound. I don't mind the info 
appearing but the sound is annoying. Is there any way of disabling the 
sound for this pop up, or disabling the notifiation?
