[www-doc] More RTL for the website

Hello!

I’d like to have a (semi) public version of this (on altair).
Reviews are welcome as well.

Cons of this approach:
-Bloating the css file
-I active overwrite css settings instead of not touching them.


Pros:
-You can switch the complete side to RTL by simply adding dir=“rtl” to the html element.
-It does not depend on css not selector, and does not overly bloat the php code
