[www-doc] I would like to get involved

Dear Mr. Kempf and whom it may concern,

While the last patch for www.videolan.org is being evaluated, I decided to
look at nightlies.videolan.org. That site is very small, so here is a small
patch adjusting all URLs.

Changes in it:
1. Replaced all "http://" with "//", as in earlier patch.
2. On Windows pages, the "official releases" were incorrectly pointing to
MacOS page. Since there is no separate 64-bit Windows page, both Windows
pages point to 32-bit page.

Thank you for your attention.

Sincerely,
Anton Bershanskiy.
