[x264-devel] 4x4 intra prediction

Hi,

 

According to the standard, the "predict_4x4_mode_available" should
select the Horizontal_Up prediction mode when the Upper submb is
available and the Left submb is unavailable (condition b_a && !b_b),
this does not however seem to be the case in the code. Is it a bug?
