[x264-devel] playing back x264 files

hi

this is a bit of an odd request but could i email someone my encoded file,  
its only 300k, and see if ti plays. it doesnt play on my vlc. i get the
following output on the terminal

[00000211] main input: playlist item
`/home/eltrj/project/x264-champ-18x-ss/output_large.264'
[00000211] main input: EOF reached
[00000211] access_file input: closing
`/:///home/eltrj/project/x264-champ-18x-ss/output_large.264'

this happens straight away and i do not get any info in the video menu.
first i thought that i had a invalid file but it does cmp with champ's
file.
