I tried ffmpeg and it does not support most of the tools we can find
in a real time encoder.
how ever, you can try to use moonlight decoder. http://www.elecard.com/download/

check for the AVC/H.264 decoder. almost every body in the industry use
this decoder to validate a real time encoder
