[x264-devel] [TRIVIAL PATCH] user-configurable idc level

Exported an "idc_level" parameter for users to set.

If I overlooked some important consideration, please let me know.

I propose using http://ikaruga.co.uk/~snacky/x264_level.diff to patch
mplayer, for those who are using mencoder as a frontend to x264.
(applies against latest cvs)
