The guys at Technische Universität München [1] have some HD sequences
available in YUV 4:2:0 format.

Thye have interlaced and progressive material at 720x576i25,
1280x720p50, and 1920x1080(i25 and p25) resolutions.

If you are going to use the 1920x1080 sequences with x264 you need to
pad them to 1920x1088 (or other value multiple of 16), For that you can
use ffmpeg.
