I am not clearly sure what you want to do. But firstly I compile the
project "x264vfw". Then I could get the "x264vfw.inf". At last I could
play the x264 encoder in the "Virtualdub" or "GraphEdit" after I
install the "x264vfw.inf". You could use the x264 codec now. That is
my test. I wish it will give you help.
