mpeg4ip's mp4creator already creates mp4 file - the interfaces for the
library are contained in one file (mpeg4ip/server/mp4creator/h264.cpp).

The apis for this should be very straightforward (with our lib/mp4v2).

We use x264 in our mp4live live encoder/recorder, as well.
