[x264-devel] Features of x264

Dear All,
Can you tell me the percentage concerning coverage of the project x264 
over the full  feature  of h.264  defined in the standard? In fact, I 
would like to know  which features in h264 are not yet implemented in 
x264 project. Does the encoder features site 
(http://developers.videolan.org/x264.html)  reflect all the lastest 
features of x264. For instance, this site mentions nothing on SI, SP 
frame, it does mean that they are not yet supported?
