[x264-devel] Patch to compile and install gtk files

Hi,

Attached is a quick patch that I needed in order to get --enable-gtk to
compile and install properly :
- No libintl on my system...
- Since "make install" goes through the gtk sub-dir first, many of the
  DESTDIR/foo directories were missing and needed to be created first.
