I have had no advice about this.
But I do seem to have a fix. I am posting it here so that it gets added
to the archive as it might help someone else.
I marked the file as "Excluded from build" under Configuration
Properties; General" and the build then proceeds to completion. I have
not yet had a problem with the built code as a result of excluding this
file.
It appears that file dct-c.c was deleted in version 536, but the Visual
Studio project file still lists it as a file.
I guess this should be fixed, although it appears that no one else is
interested in building on Windows with Visual Studio :-)
