[x264-devel] Re: x264 RTP support

The mpeg4ip project has code that will packetize h.264.

Look at server/mp4live/video_x264.cpp for the x264 interface,
then H264SendVideo in video_encoder_base.cpp.  We also have a
RTP library in lib/rtp that is pretty good.
