[x264-devel] A patch for slicetype_decision.c

Hello,
Here is a patch for bframe adaptive in file "slicetype_decision.c":
Because the vaule of 'cost1b1' depand on the MVs of P2 which reference frame is P0, so the caculation of 'cost2p0' must be in front of 'cost2p1',otherwise, when caculate 'cost1b1' ,the MVS of P2 is based on P1 and will be error.
