[x264-devel] Encoding Intra only frames ?

Hi there !
I would like to encode a video in Main Profile, but with INTRA frames
only (no fields), CABAC coder, and a constant Qp.
Is it possible with x264 ?
If it is, how :) ?
What if I have a MPEG-2 video to re-encode?
Can I use mplayer to decode it, and to redirect it into the x264 encoder
?
I am on a Linux platform :).
