[x264-devel] Encoder/decoder video chat possibility

Hi!
I write small programm for video conferencing with possibility using VfW
video and ACM audio codecs.
User can select installed codecs. You codec give high quality
result.(Decoder must be set for use VfW not for DirectShow filter).
