Hi,

qp 0 in x264 activates the lossless encoding mode. Lossless encoding is 
part of the high profile, and lots of decoders don't support it, 
especially QuickTime. Libavcodec( FFDShow, mplayer, vlc... ) should play 
it correctly, and so should Nero ( I never tried, but it's supposed to 
support lossless ).
