Hello,

this commit brakes the cross-compilation on Linux for Win32 and the 
native builds on Mac OS X PPC/Intel for me. Including sys/types.h in 
muxers.c makes it work for me again (otherwise, off_t isn't defined). 
The patch for this is attached. It would if you include this fix, so I 
can remove the patch from VLC's svn again.
