[x264-devel] H264 profiles and levels inquiry

Hi all,
   my question is basic one . is there any restiction of levels with respect to profiles. in otherer words Baseline profile includes and support all levels (from 1 to 5.1) or restricted to some maximum level like baseline support only level 3 or les.
