[x264-devel] H264 vs x264

Hi!

I would like to know if there is a direct comparison of supported 
features of H264 and x264 available in the web. We are searching for an 
appropriate video-codec which must support MPEG4-FGS. I could not find 
reliable information whether x264 has the "fine-granular-scaling"-feature.
