[x264-devel] Debug cabac syntax

Hi.

Here's a small patch that might be useful for people who play around with the 
stream syntax like me. One patch for x264, one for ffmpeg. It outputs all 
cabac decisions to a text file which you can compare using diff etc.

Note, the ffmpeg patch currently works only for the AVC decoder as h264.c 
needs two extra lines.
