In today's menu:
Optimized version of existing sub4x4, sub8x8, and sub16x16 by taking 
advantage of 16-bytes aligned dct arrays, which garantees that on all 
existing routines every element is at 8-bytes aligned.

Tomorrow or the next day, I should have an Altivec-optimized 
pixel_sa8d_16x16.
