[x264-devel] [PATCH] film grain signalization

This patch allows writing of film grain characteristics into an SEI 
message, as specified in annex D of the standard.
Only a single pixel interval will be considered, going from 0 to 255 (ie 
every pixel is part of it).

Please note that this is only a signalization patch, allowing to write 
information into bitstream, but without any black magic to guess optimal 
values.
