sure, but in what type of output (mp4 or x264 or else?) (the conventional outputs are decoded to a specific decoder formats)

I mean after NAL layer,the stream which includes nal units. before sending them to the network.
I do not know if I should configure this units myself or it is available per sey.
I need to know this configuration to be able to interpret the output stream for developing a packetizer for it.
