[x264-devel] H.264/SVC

Indeed, lets not quash innovation and advancement. I have been watching SVC for a while now and its promise for both IPTV and mobile (wireless) video is very interesting. Having an open-source implementation would be very, very cool. I support the work and can think of one operator who may deploy it :)
