[x264-devel] [PATCH] allow compiling without yasm/nasm

Allow compiling without yasm/nasm on x86 and x86-64 platforms.  Print a
warning but allow compiling a C-only version anyway.  (Is the warning
prominent enough?)  I *think* this works for x86 Macs as well.  Some
functions like x264_emms() etc are now only compiled if HAVE_MMX, as
they should be.  This will probably allow building on very old cpus ;)
